3.1 Event organizers do NOT have access to your sensitive financial or payment information under any circumstances.
3.2 Organizers are granted limited access strictly necessary to manage event attendance, including:
  3.2.1 Your first and last name as provided during purchase.
  3.2.2 Ticket and order-related information such as ticket ID, quantity purchased, and associated QR or barcode data.
3.3 Organizers do not have access to your email address, phone number, or payment details unless explicitly authorized by you, or where necessary to resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or facilitate event-related communication.
3.4 pretickit is not responsible for how organizers use permitted data outside the platform, and users engage with organizers at their own discretion.

4.1 Your information is used to process transactions, verify payments, and deliver purchased tickets and related services.
4.2 We use your data to communicate important updates, including ticket confirmations, event notifications, schedule changes, and support responses.
