Missing Ticket

Tickets appear under My Tickets after payment. Ensure you're logged into the correct account. If missing, contact support with your order number.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for canceled or postponed events. Please review our Refund Policy.

Sell Tickets

Create a user account (Create Account), then apply for an organizer account via My Pretickit. Once approved, your event will go live.
